PANJIM: The Panjim Police recovered stolen car from Taleigao and arrested a 32-year-old man from Maharashtra in connection with the crime.
According to the police, Larson Savio Fernandes, a resident of Nuvem, Salcete, lodged a complaint stating that unknown accused stole his car, while it was parked in the parking lot of Taleigao Community Hall. The value of the stolen vehicle was approximately Rs two lakh.

The incident took place between 10.15 pm of January 11 and 1 am of January 12, 2024.
The Panjim police had registered a case under section 379 of IPC. The accused has been identified as Raj Suhderey and the police recovered the stolen car from him at Ratnagiri in Maharashtra.
