PANJIM The Congress will rely upon the Vision Document 2035 prepared by eminent scientist Dr Raghunath Mashelkar and will reflect people’s will, while preparing the manifesto for the upcoming Goa Assembly elections.
Speaking to reporters, Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) manifesto committee chairman Ramakant Khalap on Tuesday said that the last two terms of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) rule has done extensive damage to the State in terms of jobs, economy, education, healthcare, environment, tourism and infrastructure.
GPCC manifesto committee co-chairman Elvis Gomes exhorted professionals, social and environmental activists, students, women groups, councillors, panchas and intellectuals from diverse fields to send inputs to GoaCongressManifesto@gmail.com.
