CO further stated that followed by the inspection, the Council had issued a Show Cause Notice asking the owner as to why the structures should not be demolished,  however till date the owner failed to submit NOC from NGPDA as well as other permissions/NOC’s to the council.

Finally on Wednesday the Chief Officer issued notice to stop all the business activities to the said stalls and directed Municipal Inspectors Vikas Kamble and Shekhar Gauns to seal the premises and also seize the materials and submit a compliance report.
