PONDA: Marcel youth have formed a Marcel Animal Rescue Group to treat injured stray cattle in the area.
When asked about the reason behind the move, Omkar Naik and his team members replied saying that during the COVID-19 pandemic induced lockdowns and curfews period there is no one to take care of stray cattle.
The Marcel Animal Rescue Group has other members working actively namely Gauresh Bhagat, Tejit Shet Banekar, Omkar Shet Narvekar and Aniket Kandolkar.
