With the new district hospital coming up and the shifting of Presentation High School to the vicinity, local residents fear traffic congestion and feel road widening is the only solution.
Sources pointed out that there are plans afoot to use the land just outside the front entrance of the collectorate for a beautification project. Sources added that the work is likely to be contracted to a private NGO.
