PANJIM: The 1st meeting of State Level Joint working Group for Youth of Goa State Aids Control Society was held at Conference Hall, Secretariat, Porvorim yesterday. The meeting discussed at length the scenario in Goa related to HIV/AIDS and measures that can be taken to prevent further spread of the disease by involving youth.
The objective of the meeting was to improve awareness of HIV/AIDS among youth through the Directorate of Education, SAG and Sports and Youth Affairs and other Departments.
