MARGAO: Judicial Magistrate First Class on Friday adjourned to December 4, 2018, the matter pertaining to framing of charges against former minister Mickky Pacheco and his friend Mathew Diniz in the infamous of case assault on casino staff.
It may be recalled that the trial court had ordered framing of charges against the duo but Mathew Diniz has filed a revision application against that order before the Sessions Court which was dismissed and the matter was reverted to the trial court for framing of charges.
However, when the matter was called out today both the accused were not present in the court as Mickey is out of station and Mathew claimed to be sick.
