Mickky demands 2nd autopsy report in Cipriano death

Making a strong demand for dismissal of police personnel involved in the Cipriano death case, Benaulim MLA Mickky Pacheco and his close aide Lyndon Monteiro on Saturday demanded a second post-mortem report in the Cipriano death case.
Addressing a press conference Monteiro said he was making a charge that a minister from the present Cabinet had pressurised the doctor concerned to give a wrong post-mortem report.
Monteiro said there should be an FIR filed in the matter and investigations should work towards getting the call details of the minister to ascertain how many times he had called and tried to put pressure to give a wrong report. In the same vein the Panjim police personnel involved in the death should be treated as murderers and arrested, he asserted.
Why can’t the CM order for a second post-mortem in the death? he questioned and recalled, “He was spotted in the Hospicio Hospital premises during the second post-mortem in the Nadia Torrado death case. Till date the second report is kept in reserve and the law has proved we were not involved in Nadia’s death.”
