Ponda: Minister Govind Gaude and Ponda MLA Ravi Naik have insisted that the third district headquarters will be at Ponda.
They were speaking after the inauguration of the new government PWD building whereby the PWD office is no longer at the Old RTO office.

Gaude added that efforts are on to bring all government offices such as the Mamlatdar, Collector, Health etc at the third district headquarters.Naik said he had already suggested to the Chief Minister to make the headquarters at the land situated near the Market yard opposes the Menezes factory due to its ideal location for all.
