Foreign and Indian currency were stolen from a bag at Mapusa Municipal Market on Saturday.
In her complaint, Claine Adelaide D’Souza of Surrey-UK, but presently residing at Housing Board Colony, Mapusa, told Mapusa police that an unidentified person stole her brown coloured leather wallet containing 300 British Pounds and Rs 3000 in cash from her shoulder bag at the municipal market.Police is investigating the case.
