PANJIM: The State government has appointed Gurudas Desai as Deputy Collector (Revenue) for the North District.
In an order on transfers and postings of junior scale officers of the Goa Civil Service, Desai who was awaiting posting was on Wednesday given the posting, thereby relieving Clen Madeira of the additional charge.
Chief Officer of the Curchorem-Cacora Municipal Council Sagun Velip has replaced Chief Officer of the Quepem Municipal Council Pramod Desai, who held this as additional charge. Desai, who is the Chief Officer of Sanguem Municipal Council, has been given additional charge of Curchorem-Cacora Municpal Council and Member Secretary of the Ravindra Bhavan at Curchorem.
Joint Mamlatdar-IV Bardez Anil Rane Sardesai will hold the additional charge as Chief Officer of Sanquelim Municipal Council.
