MMC Vice Chairperson Tara Kerkar said a Baina resident was illegally undertaking repair work of municipal shop rented out to his father. Taking benefit of weekend, he started the work on war footing and in order to install a shutter to the shop and demolished the wall attached to the shop thereby damaging the municipal market structure.
Mormugao municipality mulls action against tenant
VASCO: Mormugao Municipal Council has raised serious concerns over the illegal demolition of municipal market wall by a tenant of MMC and has decided to take serious action against him.
