The four accused arrested by the Moti Dongor attack case has moved the South Goa Sessions court for bail, even as the local court has remanded the accused to three days police custody.
Accused Bashir and the three other accused on Tuesday filed their bail plea to the Sessions Court, which will now come up for hearing on January 20.
The accused has been remanded to three days police custody for further investigations into the case.
