Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has expressed confidence that the implementation of the Mhuje Ghar scheme will proceed without any obstacles, stating that the scheme was formulated only after an extensive legal review.
Addressing concerns over petitions filed in the High Court challenging the scheme, the Chief Minister said the government had taken every legal aspect into account while drafting the policy and is contesting the petitions through the legal process.

“The Mhuje Ghar scheme was formulated after a thorough legal study, taking all aspects into consideration. Although a few petitions have been filed in the High Court challenging the scheme, we are contesting them legally. I am confident there will be no hurdles in implementing the scheme,” Sawant said.
