In a shocking revelation on the health of Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, who is currently undergoing treatment at AIIMS in Delhi, BJP MLA and Deputy Speaker Michael Lobo said that till date there is no ‘positivity’ that the Chief Minister will come out of his illness.
Speaking to the media on the sidelines of the mining agitation, Lobo said that mining dependents have to make so much noise that it has to reach the ears of the Chief Minister, who is in AIIMS. “But what I know is that he can hear very little, it seems right now,” Lobo said.
“We all are praying for chief minister’s well being and that he should get well soon. Goans are praying for him to come out of illness but till date there is no positivity that he is coming out,” he said. Parrikar has been admitted in AIIMS since September 15, where he is undergoing treatment for pancreatic related ailment. The Chief Minister has been ailing since mid February and has spent more than four months in the hospital.
