BICHOLIM: Three members of Shirgao panchayat have submitted a notice no confidence against deputy sarpanch Kalpita Ghadi to Bicholim BDO office. The notice has been signed by Sarpanch Sadanand Gaonkar and panch member Vijaya Mandrekar.
