Borges stated that prior to August 2, 2014, the accused person namely Charulata Vithal Gharpure, Vithal Trimak Gharpure and the son-in-law of Vithal opened a fake website account in her name and uploaded her photo on the web, thereby causing her inconvenience and annoyance.
Borges further said the said site also misled people.
Further investigation is in progress by PI Sudesh Naik.
