Oil sludge washed ashore at Vaddem
VASCO: A thick layer of oil sludge was washed ashore at Khariwada, Vaddem and Japanese Garden beaches on Tuesday. Speaking to media, the fishermen said they could not cast their nets to catch the fish as the shores were full of oil sludge.
