VASCO: Vasco Police booked one Nikesh Lot under Section 504, 506(ii), 354, 354D of IPC and Section 8 of Goa Children Act for outraging modesty of a minor student.
Police said that accused stalked minor girl to her house, held her hand and abused her with filthy language, on Tuesday afternoon. While holding her hand, the accused also moved his hand from girl’s back up and down when the girl was revolting against the abuse.
“Nikesh is a mischievous person,” police said.
The accused has been taken into custody by the Vasco police and further investigation is ongoing.
