MARGAO: Fatorda Police arrested one Bablu Fernandes for allegedly setting three rickshaws on fire at Mungul.
The incident is reported to have occurred after 2 am as three yellow black rickshaws were gutted at three different locations. The owners were shocked to find the three rickshaws parked in different places gutted and suspected foul play. It is learnt that Bablu has been involved in similar crimes in the past.
