MARGAO: The Margao Town Police late Sunday night arrested one Arvind, a 25-year-old, Mysore native, in connection with a scooter theft.
He was remanded to two days police custody. The police had received a complaint that a scooter was stolen from Khareband and sent copies of the complaint to other police stations.

On Sunday evening, Colva Police found Arvind riding the scooter and detained him.
Upon cross examination, it was revealed that the scooter was stolen from Margao.
The Colva Police informed their Margao counterpart, who arrested the accused.
