Panaji Chief Judicial Magistrate Crisanto Fernandes today adjourned to 26th March at 10 am his order on whether to issue process against Goa’s Education Minister Babush Monseratte on the criminal complaint filed by Adv Aires Rodrigues for having filed a false affidavit at the May 2007 Assembly elections that he had a SSC.
