PANJIM: All licensed liquor wholesalers and retailers located within the jurisdiction of Panjim will remain closed in view of the by-election from 6 pm on February 11, till the time of conclusion of the poll on February 13 and the day of counting on February 16.
The licensed premises having licences for bar and restaurant are allowed to keep the restaurant open for serving food only. However, the bar counter should be closed and no liquor should be allowed to be served on these days.
