In a horrific accident that took place in the wee hours of Thursday, a man was charred to death inside his car after he allegedly crashed into three parked vehicles. The incident took place near Raikar Hospital, Tonca-Panjim.
Upon receiving a call, firefighters immediately rushed to the site to douse the raging and then discovered that the man was charred to death.
Police have identified the victim as 33-year-old Sujay Surlaker from Thane-Mumbai according to the ID cards found in the burnt car. The Police & fire brigade team managed to remove the charred body, once the fire was doused. A total of 4 vehicles were gutted in the fire.
