CANACONA: Canacona police arrested a resident of Poinguinim for allegedly creating nuisance at a private shack at Galgibaga late Saturday night. According to Canacona police, Nelson Monteiro was arrested for creating ruckus at the shack belonging to Pobir Bhandari.
The accused was released on Sunday.
