PANJIM: In a partial relief to the Polish mother, who is stranded in Thailand and is desperately seeking to re-unite with her minor daughter in Goa, the authorities have allowed her to re-enter India for four days. “The Polish Consulate in Mumbai is informed that Marta Kotlarska is allowed to come back to India but only for four days. She will have to exit India soon after this period ends,” a source informed.
The 42-year-old single mother had been petitioning the Indian authorities including the Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj pleading to re-unite with her daughter who is living with an Indian family in Goa.
Herald, in its Sunday’s edition had reported the woman’s ordeal, based on her claim that she was not allowed to stay in India after her return from Sri Lanka last month.  She had entered India in September 2018 on a multiple entry B-2 business visa along with her daughter.
With this development, Marta is contended that she will re-unite with her daughter but wants to continue living in Goa as they have valid visas.
