PANJIM: Power Minister Nilesh Cabral will inaugurate new sub-stations at different places across Goa on Sunday, on the occasion of Statehood Day.
The programme will start with the inauguration of 2×20 MVA, 33/11KV GIS sub-station at Navelim, near Margao at 10.30 am followed by inauguration of 2×6.3 MVA, 33/11KV sub-station at Sal, Bicholim, at 11.30 am. Cabral will also inaugurate 2×10 MVA, 33/11KV sub-station at Karaswada, Mapusa at12 and 2×20 MVA, 33/11KV GIS sub-station at Altinho, Panjim at 10.45 am.
He will launch Any Time Payment Machine at Vidyut Bhavan, Panjim at 11 and 2×20 MVA, 33/11KV transformer at Campal sub-station at 11.15 am.
