PONDA: The District and Session Court in Ponda on Wednesday postponed the hearing on anticipatory bail application of Mangueshim Temple Priest Dhanajay Bhave (51) for molesting a US based Goan origin girl as his Advocate Shashikant Joshi filed second anticipatory bail application on Wednesday before court after second victim of 20-year-old from Mumbai filed molestation case against Bhave on Sunday at Ponda Police. Joshi requested the court to defer the hearing on both applications.
Public Prosecutor Satyawan Raut Desai opposed to it stating that he was ready for argument in both cases. However, the Court fixed the argument on both anticipatory bail applications on July 27.
