MARGAO: The Rs 82 crore Assolna-Cavelossim bridge over River Sal was thrown up for traffic on Sunday amidst boycott by the Benaulim legislator Caitu Silva, Cavelossim Village Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat members and protests and uproar by agitated Cavelossim villagers over the incomplete approach road.
