Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Sanjay Singh has demanded the scrapping of Section 39(A) and the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), stating that he will take up the matter in Parliament.
Speaking on the issue, Singh said the provisions should be withdrawn and assured that he would raise the matter before Parliament to seek appropriate action.
