Rosy’s police custody extended by three more days

PANJIM: Rosy Ferros’ police custody has been extended by another three days by a local court. Ferros is the third accused in the minor’s rape case involving St Cruz MLA Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate.

PANJIM: Rosy Ferros’ police custody has been extended by another three days by a local court. Ferros is the third accused in the minor’s rape case involving St Cruz MLA Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate. 
Ferros, charged with trafficking the 16-year-old victim to Monserrate, had surrendered before the crime branch last weekend and was subsequently remanded to police custody. She has been denying the charges and claims she is “just a strong supporter of Babush” and helps constituency voters obtain ration cards. etc.
