PANJIM: Fraudulently accessing details of ATM cards of a private bank, a person has looted Rs 6.5 lakh in Panjim. The Cyber Cell of Goa Police has registered an offence against an unknown person on Wednesday following a complaint by the bank manager.
As per the complaint, the sum withdrawn is Rs 6,51,755 from 39 different customers of the bank using their ATM card details. The offence has been registered under Section 66 D of the IT Act. Police Inspector Rajesh Job is investigating the case.
