A Russian national has been booked on charges of playing loud music beyond the stipulated hours at Chapora. According to Anjuna Police, locals had complained that loud music was being played at a restaurant run by the Russian in Chapora.
A police team went to the site at midnight and stopped the party. Police arrested Desino Satini and seized all his music equipments.
