According to Collem PSI Sachin Lokhre, Subash Dessai was proceeding on his motorcycle (GA-05-H-2923) from Murge to Sancorda when he collided against an oncoming car (GA-04-C-7795) at a dangerous curve at Udalse. The impact was so that Dessai died in a spot.
Collem Police after conducting the panchnama shifted the body to GMC Hospital in Bambolim for post-mortem. Collem Police registered a case against the car driver under Sections IPC 279 and 304.
