MARGAO: Reacting to Herald’s story on the plight of families who live by the Curra Springs in Raia and are deprived of water supply, South Goa MP Francisco Sardinha urged the government to look into the issue and said if the State coffers are empty, he can provide the necessary funds under the MPLAD scheme.
He also hit out at Curtorim MLA Reginaldo Lourenco for failing to address the issue. He questioned how CM Pramod Sawant claimed 100% ‘Har Ghar Jal’ in Goa when there are families without water supply
