PANJIM, OCT 28
Claiming that the “State is in anarchy” the Opposition Leader Manohar Parrikar said it is not only common man who doesn’t have faith in police but also Revenue Minister Jose Philip D’Souza who took law in his hand instead of approaching  police.
The revenue minister allegedly manhandled former minister Mickky Pacheco along with his supporters when  later was in dinning in Vasco on October 26 night.
“Why didn’t the minister approach police if he believed Pacheco was there to distribute money”, remarked Opposition Leader Manohar Parrikar said adding that this was a very serious issue.
“Will the governor sack the minister who took the law in his hand?”  Parrikar asked suggesting that the government has not given due attention to this incident.
