NEW DELHI, JULY 10 The Tamil Nadu government enacting a law to legalise bullfights alike 'dhirio' in Goa has attracted a severe rap from the Supreme Court that termed it as an instrument "legalising human deaths"instead of curbing the dangerous sport. They call it jallikattu in Tamil Nadu.
