PONDA: Padmavat was screened in the newly inaugurated multiplex of Carinval Cinema group at Ponda, on Thursday.
A Ponda police team headed by a PSI and many constables provided tight security at the multiplex.
Padmavat was shown at 4 pm on two screens of the multiplex, each having 120-seat capacity. A total of 240 people enjoyed the 4 pm show. Sources at the multiplex said that the film will be shown on both screens in the theatre till late night and the last show will begin at 10 pm in the night.
The film will be screened in the multiplex as long as it attracts sufficient number of viewers.
