Second edition of HOPE soon

Bolstered by good response to its first edition, the St Luke’s Medical Guild (Goa Branch) is coming out with the second issue of HOPE (Holiness Obtained by Practising Ethics) which will lay emphasis on lifestyle diseases.
The second edition will have informative articles on lifestyle diseases which will also throw light on how to change one’s lifestyle to a healthy one. The lifestyle diseases to be covered are heart disease, diabetes, cancer, stress, etc.
The new HOPE will get into details of exercises that can keep away such diseases. It will have tips on keeping away stress and tension in this fast-paced life.
The book, which is edited by Dr R G Wiseman Pinto and Fr Daniel Agnelo Pereira, will also have articles on hazards of smoking, tobacco, narcotic drugs, etc. Like the last time, the Guild intends to distribute this book to as many schools.
