MARGAO: The South Goa Collector on Saturday imposed Section 144 of the CrPc in the district to restrain the movement of individuals and other restrictions.
The order is in line with the instructions issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) at national level.

The order will empower the police to take action against those persons violating the MHA rules. However, the order doesn’t impose restrictions as strict as they were during the initial lockdown period.
