The three-day Shaurya Utsav (Martial Arts) festival got underway at the Ravindra Bhavan, Margao on Friday as part of the commemoration of Golden Jubilee celebrations of Goa’s Liberation.
The festival is being organised by the Directorate of Art and Culture in collaboration with West Zone Cultural Centre, Udaipur. Margao Municipal Chairperson Sushila Naik was present for the inaugural ceremony due to the preoccupation of Chief Minister Digambar Kamat.
