VASCO: A shed at the Sada bus stop junction has come under the scanner of Mormugao Municipality, whose engineer and staff inspected the structure on Tuesday.
When contacted, MMC Chief Officer Gaurish Sankhwalkar confirmed that the shed located near Sulabh Sauchalaya complex at Sada, was inspected.
“The municipal engineer inspected the site and measured the area of the shed. Now the property ownership will be verified which is expected to be of MPT,” he said.
Sankhwalkar also informed that the inspection was conducted on the direction of Mormugao deputy collector, who received a complaint from the Mormugao police station police inspector stating that several illegal activities are suspected to be taking place at the shed.
