Shop-cum-printing press gutted in Margao

MARGAO, MARCH 23  
A major fire gutted a stationery shop-cum-printing press in the heart of the Commercial Capital in the wee hours of Monday, destroying property worth Rs 85,000.
Property worth Rs two lakhs was saved by the firemen.
The incident is believed to have occurred at around 2 am. The fire brigade used three water tanks to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is being ascertained. Further investigations are on.
