Sopte upset at shifting of Carnival to Mandrem

PERNEM: Mandrem MLA Dayanand Sopte has expressed disappointment with Tourism Minister Babu Azgaonkar for his decision to shift the Carnival festival from Pernem Constituency to Mandrem constituency without taking him into confidence.
