Once again the locals from South Goa marched to the collectors office on Monday demanding to postpone the scheduled CZMP Public hearing meet. Once again they submitted a memorandum to the collector, they said that Goa and the country is still fighting against this pandemic, Goa is still reporting new cases of Covid yet the government wants to go ahead with this public meeting by putting Goan lives in danger.
Gina Pereira said ” Collector has to take a call immediately, Pandemic is not over yet, having a public meeting during this time will be dangerous, will the collector take responsibility of the people?”. They have demanded that CZMP meeting should be postponed.
