Speaker tells children to work on fitness

VALPOI, FEB 6
Goa Legislative Assembly Speaker Pratapsingh Rane has advised children to devote time to physical exercise, as it would keep a person physically fit and mentally alert.
Rane was recently speaking on the occasion of Sattari Taluka Primary and Middle School Sports meet at Forest Training School ground, Valpoi. The speaker also assured co-operation in organizing such sports in the taluka.
Those present on the occasion include former MLAs Narhari Haldankar and Ashok Parob, Valpoi Municipal Council Chairperson Gulzar bi Khan, VMC Vice Chairperson Umesh Gulelkar, Pissurlem Sarpanch Sagun Wadkar, Dr Sadand Hinde, Manohar Joshi, Mahesh Naik and ADEIs of Sattari J Wargis and G B Gaude.
