SSCE results on May 27

PANJIM, MAY 21
Results of the Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education in March-April 2010 will be declared on May 27, 2010, at 11 am.
The Goa Board in a circular informed the results will also be available on these websites: www.examResults.net, www.rediff.com/exams, www.indiaresults.com, www.exametc.com, www.GoaEducation.net, www.schools9.com and www.goaresults.nic.in.
Students will be able to view their results on SMS at 5676750, 56263. They can type gssc<space><seatno> 56767999 and see their result.
Distribution of statements of marks/statements of marks-cum-passing certificates will be done on May 27 from 11 am to 1 pm to taluka-wise schools at the following institutes: Mormugao (St Andrew’s Institute, Vasco), Canacona and Salcete (Loyola High School, Margao), Quepem and Sanguem (S E S High School, Curchorem), Ponda (A J de Almeida High School, Ponda), Tiswadi (Progress High School, Panjim), Bardez and Pernem (Dnyanprasarak Vidyalaya, Mapusa) and Bicholim and Sattari (Progress High School, Sanquelim).
All the heads of the secondary schools have been requested to send their representative with a letter of authority to collect the results and statements of marks on May 27 between 11 am to 1 pm. If the same is not collected by the heads of the schools through their authorised representatives on the said day the same will be available at the Board’s office on any working day.
The Board informed the proforma for verification of marks has been uploaded on its website and the same can be downloaded and photocopied. It mentioned the application forms for verification of marks in presentia and for supply of photocopies can also be downloaded from the same website.
