State curfew extended till August 2

PANJIM: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Sunday announced that the State-wide curfew has been extended till Aug 2 up to 7am.

The State-wide curfew was imposed from May 9 onwards and has been extended since then. Sawant said same restrictions and relaxations will continue to remain in force. 

Essential stores are currently allowed to remain open till 7 pm.

 while the restaurants are open for dine-in till 9 pm with 50 per cent capacity. 

Gyms and swimming pools with 50 per cent capacity are allowed. Indoor and outdoor sports complexes too are allowed to operate, but without spectators.

The government has also allowed religious places to open, but with up to 15 persons only.
