MARGAO: The Election Roll Observer of Goa on Friday chaired a meeting of government officials and political parties at the South Goa Collectorate, on Friday.

During the meeting, Observer Sanjay Kumar, IAS, informed that the summary revision has started as per the guidelines of the Election Commission of India. More meetings will be held soon in his regard.
“The Election Commission has started new avenues for registration of new voters. I urge the young voters to register once turned 18,” said Kumar.
“A telephone helpline 1950 has been started for queries related to registration and updation of election rolls,” he said.
