PANJIM: Corporator Surendra Furtado has asked for certified copies of the representations/complaints received by Directorate of Municipal Administration regarding the Mayor’s elections as referred by it, in its letter to the Commissioner of Corporation of the City of Panaji dated March 19, 2013 ahead of the scheduled elections and notings, movement register, inward register reflecting the entry/inward of the said representations.
It also wants to know whether any letter has been inwarded from the Secretariat of the Governor asking for a report on the postponement of election of the Corporation of the City of Panaji Mayor/Dy Mayor and a copy of the report prepared by the department, if any.
